Arizona's Family, AIA partner to bring football bracket show to broadcast television

PHOENIX, AZ - Today, Arizona’s Family in partnership with the Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) announced a new partnership to bring the annual tackle and flag football bracket show to broadcast television for the first time since 2010. The AIA x Arizona’s Family High School Football Bracket Show will air live on 3TV (KTVK) and statewide on Arizona’s Family Sports (KPHE/KAZF/KAZS) on Saturday, November 8 at 10 a.m.
The 90-minute show will reveal playoff brackets for flag football conferences 3A, 4A, 5A and 6A as well as brackets for tackle football in the 6A and Open conferences. Arizona’s Family Sports Director Mark McClune along with AIA’s Jose Garcia and former NFL quarterback Dan Manucci will host the coverage that will also be streamed on the NFHS Network.
“This is such an exciting event our schools get to be a part of,” said AIA Executive Director Dr. Jim Dean. “Teams from all over Arizona will get the chance to hear their name called on live television. It’s what makes the AIA postseason so special. We would like to thank our partner Arizona’s Family for hosting this wonderful broadcast and also wrapping up the football season with championship games on TV. Champions are broadcast here.”

Arizona’s Family Sports is the proud broadcast home of the 5A and 6A AIA Flag Football State Championships that will air live on Saturday, November 22 starting at 4 p.m. New this year Arizona’s Family Sports will also carry live the AIA 4A Football State Championship on Friday, December 5th at 3 p.m. as well as the AIA 5A Football State Championship that will air delayed on Saturday, December 6th at 9 a.m. The AIA 6A Football State Championship will air live at noon followed by the AIA Open Football State Championship at 6 p.m. on Arizona’s Family Sports.
