The leader in high school sports has just tied it all together for high school athletes.
Examples:
Matt Barkley
Brittney Griner
Jrue Holiday
MaxPreps.com is proud to announce its latest innovation, one that will take every piece of an athlete's high school career and put it in one place: The career profile.
Now athletes will have one page where all of their stats, photos, videos and other information from all years and sports will live. And all that information will be included with a new, visually captivating page layout.
"MaxPreps stands for celebrating the high school sports experience for coaches, parents and student-athletes. With the release of our new career pages, we can do a much better job illuminating and celebrating the accomplishments of student-athletes throughout their high school experience," said MaxPreps Founder and President Andy Beal.
This revolutionary setup replaces a system that had individual pages for each sport season an athlete participated in. The career profile will feature easy-to-navigate links to each sport and each year that athlete participated in, all kept in one easy-to-find spot. Every photo, every game result and every stat will be displayed in a simple-yet-spectacular timeline format that allows site visitors to know everything about their favorite athlete in chronological order.
The career profile will change how visitors view individual athletes' information, but we still make it easy to navigate to the standard team walls, team stats, rankings pages and other information that they are accustomed to seeing.
"For athletes who aspire to play at the next level, MaxPreps career profiles can serve as a great resource for sharing their athletic accomplishments via stats, news reports, photos and video highlights," Beal added.
Founded in August 2002, MaxPreps is headquartered in Cameron Park, Calif. CBS Corporation acquired MaxPreps in April 2007. It is partnered with more than 42,000 varsity, junior varsity and freshman coaches throughout the United States.
