Sean Miller and Shaka Smart locked up in battle to land DFW guard.
Could this be the next Top 100 high school basketball talent to come off the board?
Multiple media reports indicate that Andrew Jones of MacArthur (Irving, Texas) will visit Arizona and Texas over the next two weekends, respectively.
Jones is one of the fastest-rising prospects in the country, checking in at No. 53 in Jerry's Meyer's latest rankings over at 247Sports.
The 6-foot-4 guard suffered an injury early in his junior season at MacArthur but returned to lead the Cardinals to the Texas 6A final four in the Alamodome. Jones' stock really soared on Nike's EYBL circuit over the summer, especially after putting up over 18 points per game in five outings at the Peach Jam.
247's Crystal Ball has Arizona and Texas in a dead heat for Jones' services.
