Rincon's final second shot sends Centennial to semis

Jojo's mojo is unreal.
The sophomore guard launched a shot near half-court in the final seconds with a berth to the semifinals on the line on a Friday night he'll never forget.
Count it.
Jojo Rincon then disappeared as his teammates and Centennial's fans engulfed the diminutive guard. Luckily for the sophomore, a couple of players lifted Rincon and placed him on their shoulders for a well-deserved hero ride while the 69-66 win left Betty Fairfax's players numb.
The final possession for Centennial began with 9.4 seconds left in the game. Centennial attempted a shot before Rincon's heroics, but that shot was swatted away.
But Rincon got to the lose ball before letting it fly.

"We're making history," Rincon said.
Beat No. 2 seed Sunnyslope, the defending 5A Conference champ, in the semifinals and Centennial and will continue to do just that.
